Online Customer Journey

On this page, we will explain the customer journey on online purchase flow.

Openpay Portal

Once you select Openpay as the payment method on retailer checkout and proceed to payment, you are then redirected to Openpay portal.

In Openpay portal, you will login with your customer account.

Test Users

Below are some of the test users you can use to complete the purchase with Openpay:

Password: Test123 (DO NOT reset the password)

Username: [email protected]
Password: Admin1234

Username: [email protected]
Password: Testing123

Registered User

If you are a registered user (detected by your email), you will see the below screen:

1. Upon successful login, you will see the below screen.
2. Select your plan and click on Submit Plan.

3. You will now be redirected back to the retailer site.

Non-Registered User

If you are an non-registered user (detected by your email), you will see the below screen.

To sign up as a new user, follow the screen prompts:

Notes (when signing up in our training environment)

• We do not send Email code on training mode please use 123456 for verification.
• We do not send SMS on training mode please use 111111 for verification.

Once successfully singed up, you can complete your Openpay Plan following the screen prompts.
